De Guzman of Architecture is National President of UAP; UST faculty members elected as officials

UST College of Architecture faculty members were elected to leading posts in the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP). The accredited professional organization of architects inducted its new set of officers during the 26th UAP National Inaugural “PANUNUMPA 2021” that was held through Zoom and streamed live on Facebook on June 30, 2021.
UST faculty member Ar. Armando Eugene C. De Guzman, III, was named National President. Under his leadership, UAP commits to the following thrusts: “Members First, Unity in Diversity, and Servant Leadership.”


More Architecture faculty members also hold national positions, namely, Ar. Jonathan V. Manalad, Ph.D. (Secretary General), Ar. John Clemence M. Pinlac (Chairperson of Research and Academic Institutions), Ar. Rino Domingo A. Fernandez (Director for South Luzon for Sentro ng Arkitekturang Filipino), and Ar. Lorelei D.C. De Viana, Ph.D. (Representative to NCCA Architecture and Allied Arts).
