CWC International Corporation donates Vitra Design Museum Miniature Collection to UST Architecture

The UST College of Architecture gratefully received the 62-piece Vitra Design Museum miniature collection during the turnover by CWC Interiors, headed by its CEO and President Mr. Fred Yuson, held on May 30, 2023 at the CWC Interiors Showroom in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

The Vitra Design Museum miniature collection is a global collection of furniture containing iconic pieces made by world renowned designers such as Charles and Ray Eames.

Representing Architecture, Ar. Vinson P. Serrano, College Secretary, received the collection together with notable Architecture alumni namely Ar. Abelardo ‘Jojo’ M. Tolentino, Jr. of AIDEA, Ar. Carmelo ‘Meloy’ T. Casas of Casas + Architects, Ar. Arlen De Guzman of Arlen P. De Guzman Design & Associates Co., Ar. Lora B. Rivera, past National Executive Vice-President of the United Architects of the Philippines, and other Thomasian architects. The turnover was made possible through the kind assistance of Thomasian Architecture-alumnus Ar. Onet Limchoc of Limchoc Construction Corporation.

The College of Architecture is planning to open the collection to the public to highlight milestones in international furniture design.
