Culinary Entrepreneurship sophomores win second in nat’l culinary competition

On February 22, 2020, a team of sophomore BS Hospitality Management, major in Culinary Entrepreneurship students clinched the first runner-up award in the 1st Oro Plata Masa Nationwide Culinary Competition held in SM Mall of Asia.

Aira Joy Victorino and Carylle Angela Lapitan were coached by Chefs Ramona Olga Ko and Reinald Andaya and emerged second in the Minatamis (Sweets) Category. UST also made it to the Top 10 Finalists in the Ulam (Savoury) category.
