Chulalongkorn University visits Faculty of Pharmacy

Academic officials from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Chulalongkorn University (CU) visited the Faculty of Pharmacy on September 4, 2025.


The delegation was composed of Assoc. Prof. Chatchai Chaotham, Ph.D., Associate Dean for
Graduate Studies and Lifelong Learning Affairs; Asst. Prof. Wanatchaporn Arunmanee, Ph.D.,
Assistant Dean for Graduate Studies and Lifelong Learning Affairs; Asst. Prof. Veerakiet
Boonkanokwong, Ph.D., from the Industrial Pharmacy Program; Asst. Prof. Patcharawalai
Whongsiri, Ph.D., from the Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology Program; and Dr. Aphinan
Hongprasit, Ph.D., from the Pharmacology and Toxicology Program.


They were welcomed by the academic officials of the UST Faculty of Pharmacy
(USTFOP), led by Asst. Prof. Renz Kenneth G. Cadiang, M.Sc., Assistant Dean, together with
Asst. Prof. Joemarie T. Malana, M.Sc., International Relations Officer; Prof. Franelyn G.
Casuga, Ph.D., Chair of the Department of Pharmacy; and Ms. Irish Mhel C. Mitra, M.Sc.,
Program Coordinator of the Doctor of Pharmacy Program.


The visit centered on in-depth discussions regarding potential academic and research
collaborations between the two institutions. It also included a presentation of graduate programs
and scholarship opportunities at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chulalongkorn
University, for the benefit of interested faculty members and students.
