The Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics, major in Instrumentation of the College of Science received its Level 1 Formal Accredited Status from the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation.
The recognition, received in May 2018, is valid for three years, or until May 2021. The Applied Physics program is the youngest among the six straight degree programs of the College of Science. The other five programs—Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics major in Actuarial Science, Microbiology, and Psychology—all enjoy Level IV accredited status.
