Prof. Lucila O. Bance, PhD, faculty member of the Department of Psychology and Director of the Counseling and Career Center, received the Best Paper award during the 4th International Conference on Education, Psychology, and Social Science, held in La Consolacion University, Malolos, Bulacan.
Bance’s paper was entitled “Construction, Validation, and Standardization of Temperament Scale for the Armed Forces.” Her co-author is Corazon R. Arce.
