During the September 2025 licensure exams for psychologists administered by the Professional Regulation Commission, Department of Psychology Instructor Czarina Joy B. Balbuena, MA, RPsy emerged as the topnotcher among 469 successful examinees.
With a score of 89.95%, Balbuena led UST’s new twenty-nine (29) registered psychologists. With this feat, UST recorded a passing rate of 96.67%, landing it in the #2 spot among top performing schools. The examinees earned their Master of Arts, major in Clinical Psychology degrees from the UST Graduate School.
