Dear Member of the Conference «Faith, Reason, and Dialogue»:
The global pandemic associated with Covid-19 has made it impossible for us to gather at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila from 28-30 May 2020 as greatly expected by so many.
Until a few days ago, we had hopes of being able to meet in early November 2021. However, during the most recent Board Meeting of COMIUCAP (9-10 of April 2021), we discerned that the date for the realization of the Congress, which will correspond to the World Congress of COMIUCAP, must once again be postponed. We deliberated that the most probable date possible will be the end of May/early June 2022. The most likely date is the same we had planned for 2020. Please, reserve those days for the Conference that we now expect, God willing, to be able to hold in presence in Manila next year. Your continuous interest and presence will be much appreciated.
In the meantime, please, continue improving your papers so that the final result on the topic previously approved will increase with the passing of time. The high quality of your academic contribution will be most appreciated. I trust that in the upcoming months, vaccination will be improving in a manner that by September/October we may safely be able to confirm the final/definitive date for our Conference in Manila. To us, this is all the more important as the Philippines continues to proudly celebrate the 500 years of the arrival of the Faith in the Risen Lord.
