Facilities Management Office

Facilities Management Office

The Facilities Management Office (FMO) develops, operates, and maintains the best possible sustainable environment for education and research through these sections: campus grounds, painting, welding, plumbing, aircon, carpentry, electrical, renovation, and flood management. It also oversees project outside the Manila campus such as the UST Sta. Rosa and the UST General Santos campuses.

Aside from managing and keeping the integrity of the University’s physical resources-parks and gardens, open spaces, and buildings – the FMO analyzes the condition of technical operations, waste management system, water, and power supply.
