Mr. Cesar M. Velasco, Jr., Registrar of the University of Santo Tomas, is the new President of the National Capital Region School Registrars’ Association (NACSRA), and will serve a term of three years, from 2017-2019. He succeeds Ms. Grace C. Sipin of Far Eastern University.
