College of Tourism and Hospitality Management Dean Gezzez Giezi G. Granado, DCL was re-elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of the International Centre of Excellence – Tourism and Hospitality Education (THE-ICE), which held its 15th THE-ICE IPOE Forum at the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from November 7-9, 2022.
Granado joins the eight-member Board, which is chaired by Dr. Paul Whitelaw of Southern Cross University. Granado, a lawyer by profession, is a tourism practitioner and educator, having been a Travel Agency Operations Manager before joining the University’s tourism faculty. His research interests include Sustainable Tourism, Legal Policy Issues in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry, and Tourism and Hospitality Laws.
