The demand for a localized multi-sectoral and multi-disciplinary approach in resolving healthcare issues takes prominence over a homogenizing theories and approaches. It is in this light that the University of Santo Tomas through the Research Center for Social Sciences and Education organizes the 2nd Writing Fellowship  for Social Health Research.
