Dr. Professor Marcela Leus is a former Dean of the College of Education of the Philippines Normal University (1993-2002). She has served as the cluster head for Education of the UST Graduate School, a post which she held for several years until her retirement few years back. She is a renowned author, well-sought expert and speaker, and is a consultant in many Catholic schools, and is even a member of the Board of Trustees of several of them.
