All cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org not later than November 20, 2022.
All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the end of the conference.
Your confirmation email will serve as your receipt. Requests for official receipt may be addressed to email@example.com.
Early registration payments must be received by 31 October 2022 for the early registration fees to apply. If registered online yet not paid by this date, standard rates automatically apply. You will be held responsible for higher rates.
Onsite participants MUST print the official confirmation of registration e-mail and bring it with them to the onsite registration desk.
