- All cancellations must be made in writing and sent as Email attachment to aquinasconferences@ust.edu.ph not later than July 17, 2023.
- All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the last day of the Conference.
OTHER REMINDERS:
- Paper presenters must register for onsite attendance. No online paper presentation will be allowed.
- Tours and banquets, if there will be any, are not covered by the registration fee.
- Only registered online and onsite participants (either presenting a paper or not) will be issued conference-related Certificates.
- Online attendees who will need an e-copy of their official receipt may contact the Conference Secretariat
- Early registration must complete the payment no later than June 30, 2023. If the registration is not completed by this date, standard rates automatically apply. You will be held responsible for higher rates.
