The Saint Thomas Aquinas Forum (STAF) is an annual international conference organized by the Professional Advancement and Research Committee (PROARC) of the Institute of Religion of the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines. 

It aims to gather academics, theologians, religious educators, catechists, and students of theology to engage in discourses concerning contemporary issues, both local and global. It seeks to be an avenue to update, enrich, and deepen the participants’ spiritual and theological knowledge on varied theological topics and other emerging ideas. 

Together, we examine theological issues, promote dialogue, and academic development in the field of theology that is forward-looking, globally competitive, digitally and technologically apt, traditionally sound, and faithful to the mission entrusted to us by Christ to ‘teach them everything that I have commanded you (Mt. 28: 20).’
