Date: April 22-25, 2025 | Unless otherwise arranged, we recommend arrivals on the 22nd, preferably before 2:00 pm, and departures on the 26th.
Venue: University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines (Buenaventura Garcia Paredes OP, 4th floor)
Registration Fee: € 250 | Instructions for online payment will be communicated soon (includes the assembly itself and board and lodging for four nights)
1. To organize the forum for Canonists
2. To consider the current needs of the Order in the field of Canon Law
3. To facilitate better coordination between the entities and the General Curia
4. To promote the study of Canon Law in the Order
5. To support and promote the two institutions of the Order that offer degrees in Canon Law
6. To explore collaborative opportunities
The assembly shall be for friars working as canonists (with or without a degree in Canon Law) of their respective entities Cf. 2025 Canonistæ OP

■ Coordination between the entities of the Order and the General Curia
■ Updates on the Constitutions of the Dominican Nuns
● Translators will be provided by the General Curia for the conferences via Zoom (please bring a laptop computer or phone)
● Hybrid setup for all conferences
