Mrs. Essence Jeanne Logan-del Castillo is a licensed professional teacher and food technologist, food industry consultant, Master of Science in Food Science graduate of the Royal Pontifical and Catholic University of the Philippines, University of Santo Tomas, affiliated with the Department of Food Technology in the College of Education in UST as Chair, teaching courses, conducting researches, facilitating seminars related to Food Processing, Food Safety, Food Microbiology, Sensory Evaluation, Food Packaging and Food Chemistry, and at the same time, giving consultations to micro-, small- to large-scale food industries.
