For the promotion of the International Day of Prayer and Awareness Against Human Trafficking, the UST Simbahayan Community Development Office, in partnership with Tlitha Kum Phlippines (TKP), held a Prayer-March last February 8, 2017 at the Arch of the Centuries and at the St. Anthony Shrine in Bustilos, Manila.

Thomasians joined representatives from various sectors, including Dominican schools like Siena College and Santa Catalina College.

TKP is a global network of consecrated persons of the International Network of Consecrated Life Against Trafficking. This event coincides with the feast day of St. Josephine Bakhita, the Patron of Victims of Human Trafficking.
