Office for Grants, Endowments, and Partnerships in Higher Education

Overview

Established in 1992, the Office for Grants, Endowments, and Partnerships in Higher Education (OGEP) is the implementing arm of the UST Research and Endowment Foundation, Inc. (REFI). The Office is under the supervision of the Office of the Rector, and is mandated to provide and maintain the ways and means by which the Foundation can attain its objectives in coordination with the Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, the Vice-Rector for Finance, and other concerned University offices.

The OGEP works toward the cultivation of mutually beneficial ties with educational and funding institutions. It taps the assistance of institutions and alumni in providing endowments that may be used to enhance the institutional capabilities, faculty development, scholarship, research, and community development projects of UST.
