Note:

  1. Graduates may apply for transcript of records in person or through an authorized representative via "express    lane", which makes the transcript available in twenty- four (24) hours.
  2. Students/ graduates who have already been issued their Transcript Credentials (Honorable Dismissal) may not apply for records online. They may apply in person provided they submit a letter of no- objection from the Office of the Registrar of the school which admitted them.
  3. Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal) is issued relative to the program last enrolled in. if the applicant is not a graduate, he should apply in person or through an authorized representative.
  4. Request will be processed only upon confirmation of the University Cashier that the remittance has been received.
  5. Authentication of records should be applied for in person or through an authorized representative.

If the records will not be claimed personally or through a representative, the same may be forwarded by express mail service or by courier. Corresponding payments has to be made and forwarding address provided.

How to Apply for Records available through the Registrar’s Office:

You need JavaScript enabled to view it , indicating the type of records to be applied. Please attach scanned copy of the valid ID of the owner of the Academic Records. Information should include full name used in the university, program/course taken, and year of graduation/attendance. (Note: Request without the scanned copy of the valid ID of the owner of the Academic Records will not be processed.)

Choose the Direct to bank option and send remittance in the name of UNIVERSITY OF SANTO TOMAS- BPI Account No. 0153-3317-74. If the direct to bank option is not available, send remittance to UST c/o FR. MANUEL ROUX, O.P.  Important: After processing, email to UST Cashier’s Office This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it the following information: MTCN No. Date remitted, Amount remitted, Name of Sender.

Claim records in person or through a representative who will be required to present a written authorization supported by the ID of the owner.
