GENERAL ASSEMBLY FOR CONSOLIDATED INFORMATION GATHERING

The Office of the Secretary General calls for a general assembly to strengthen the system of gathering and consolidating information about the activities, achievement and projects of the University and all its various units (namely, faculties, colleges, departments and student organizations). The assembly is set on May 19, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. at the Martyrs’ Hall.

Invited to attend the general assembly are the faculty secretaries, the Academia Coordinator-Correspondents, the student editors and advisers of different college/faculty publications, and the PRO and advisers of the Central Student Council (CSC) and the Student Organizations Coordinating Council (SOCC).

A unified system of information gathering shall be discussed in the general assembly. The system shall highlight the centrality of the Office of Secretary General with the assistance of the Office of Public Affairs in the gathering and consolidating of the above-mentioned information that may be processed for eventual dissemination to different media organizations.

Ms. Jullie Yap-Daza, Associate Editor of Manila Bulletin and an active member of the Thomasian Media Circle, shall provide significant inputs during the assembly.
