Professor 3 and Chair, Department of Pharmacy;  International Pharmacy Examinations Reviewer; Chair , Section of Pharmacopoeia, Division of  Pharmaceutical Sciences, National Research Council of the Philippines.  Author of Pharmacy textbook entitled “A Macroperpective of Pharmacy” and co-author of the laboratory manuals: “Physical Chemistry Laboratory Manual”, “Physics Laboratory Manual”, “Physical Pharmacy Laboratory Manual”, and “Guided Research Tasks in  Thesis Writing”.
