The maximum number of absences allowed per subject is as follows:
Absences will be counted from the first day of classes. Classes missed because of late enrolment will be included in the computation of absences. A student who exceeds the allowable number of absences before the preliminary examination period will be dropped from the class list and will be given a garde of WF (withdrew without permission) which is equivalent to 5.0 or 65% for purposes of computing the QPI, unless he drops the subjects with the approval of the Dean and the regastrar within the week before the examination period, in which case he shall be given a grade of WP (withdrew with permission). |
