A student may drop a subject only once for valid reason with the written
approval of the Dean and Registrar not later than within the week before the
preliminary examination period, provided that his remaining load be not less
than 12 units.
A student who drop any subject without the written approval of
the dean and registrar shall be given a grade of 5.0 in said subject or 65% for
purposes of computing QPI.
A student may drop the course with the written
approval of the Dean and Registrar not later than within the week before the
preliminary examination period.
A student may file a leave of absence (LOA)
shall with the office of the Dean not later than within the week before the
preliminary examination period. The LOA shall be valid only for a period not
exceeding one (1) academic year.
Readmission after a leave of absence shall
require a written request for admission address to the Dean and the submission
of the official transcript of records of the student during the enrollment
period, which readmission shall be the rules on academic standards.
