Examination

Preliminary and final examinations must be taken as scheduled. No postponement is allowed.
If the students fail to take the preliminary examination or final examination in a particular subject, he must submit a letter within twenty-four (24) hours from the scheduled examination day addressed to the professor concerned and serving notice thereof to the Office of Dean, citing the reason for his failure to take the same and requesting for special examination.
If the professor finds the reason meritorious, he shall give the student special examination within three (3) days from the last day of the preliminary examination period, or three (3) days from the scheduled final examination day for the subject, informing the office of the dean of his action taken. In no case shall the special examination be postponed.
If no valid reason is given, or if the student who is permitted to take the special examination fails to do so, or if he does not submit a request for special examination, hence no such examination may be given, he shall be given the lowest score deducting therefrom fifteen (15) points.
