The Aeta Integrated Development Program seeks to assist the communities in facilitating their development. Through its different program components the UCDP shall endeavor to:

• Meet the immediate and long term health care needs of the communities, through the Community Based Health Program
• Improve the livelihood situation through the Sustainable Upland Agriculture Program
• Ensure that the communities would have the capacity for the sustainable development and protection of their ancestral domain through the Organizing and Empowerment and Justice and Peace Advocacy Programs
• Successfully implement and deliver community projects and services through the Project Management and Operational Supports Program

It is an opportunity under the partnership between the Aetas of Bamban, Tarlac and Mabalacat, Pampanga and the UST Office for Community Development to pursue the Aeta Integrated Development Program.  The program is a reflection of the Aetas' vision that can be achieved through participatory, democratic, humane and Aeta-centered development strategies, methodologies, interventions and projects.
