Officials of the National Taiwan University System will visit the University of Santo Tomas on January 12, 2017 (Thursday), to explore areas of possible collaboration and strengthen existing ties.

A meeting among NTU-System and UST officials will take place at the Rector’s Hall, where the expansion of joint academic projects will be discussed.

The NTU-System, composed of three universities, will be represented by:

Representing Taiwan’s diplomatic offices are Manila Economic and Cultural Officer Chief of Staff and Information Office Mary Ann Sioco and Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines Press Division Director Jerry Chuang and Press Division Executive Assistant Elaine Ramirez.

Meeting them are UST’s Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation Maribel G. Nonato, International Relations and Programs Director Lilian J. Sison, Public Affairs Director Giovanna V. Fontanilla, and Deans John Donnie Ramos (Science), Philipina Marcelo (Engineering), and Allan de Guzman (Education).
