On April 24, 2017 (Monday), the Simbahayan Community Development Office will launch the Bartolome delas Casas Community Development Poster Exhibit, from 8: 45 AM – 11: 00 AM at the front lobby of the UST Quadricentennial Pavilion. Alongside the said activity, the office, in collaboration with the community development units of the College of Education, IICS, JHS, and SHS will also launch its week-long Dunong Tomas Advocacy Fair with the theme, “Service Learning as the Key to Social Transformation Leadership”.
The UST Simbahayan Community Development Office will be having the Bartolome delas Casas Community Development Poster Exhibit with the theme, “Ambag ng Tomasino para sa isang mapayapa at makatarungang lipunan” (Thomasian Engagement for a Peaceful and Just Society). Since its conception on 2013, the exhibit is an annual activity aimed to highlight the best practices of the University in the field of community development and its various initiatives. This year and for the very first time, SIMBAHAYAN will hold the activity thru integrating a poster exhibit contest. The contest is open to all Thomasian students enrolled in the current school year (2016-2017).
