Last November 11, 2016 (Friday), 62 members of the support staff, accompanied by Atty. Jacqueline O. Lopez-Kaw, participated in TANAW KULTURA in Rizal, the arts capital of the Philippines. The group had a glimpse of the Angono Petroglyphs, Bahay na Bato, Mary Magdalene Church of Pililia, and the Pililia Wind Farm; a creative experience at Nemiranda Art House, Tiamson Art Gallery, Blanco’s Family Museum, Home of National Artist Carlos Botong Francisco; and an adventurous lunch at the Balaw Balaw Specialty Restaurant and Art Gallery.

Conceptualized in 2011, TANAW KULTURA is an exposure tour that enables the members of the support staff enrich their understanding of the Filipino culture and history. It fosters understanding and unity among the participants as it becomes a venue for socio-cultural awareness.
