Office of Planning and Development
The Office of Planning & Development of the University of Santo Tomas provides advice and assists the Rector in the development and deployment of strategic plan for the development of the University, including the development and implementation of strategic objectives and action plans and measurement of its progress.
The Office of Planning & Development envisions itself as a strategic nexus and catalyst in the University in the fulfilment of its vision as a premier institution of learning in Asia, committed to the professional and moral formation of her stakeholders for social transformation.
The Mission of the Office of Planning & Development is aligned with UST’s dedicated mission to generate, advance, and transmit the University’s strategic plan and assist the Rector in decision making and strategy development by competent and compassionate professionals committed to the service of the Church, the nation, and the global community.
